Reason for urgency:
Due to an administrative error a 28-day notice for this decision was not published when requested. The procurement strategy needs to be agreed urgently in order that the contract for works can be awarded in December. Any delay will result in slippage to the 3-year work programme and mean that works scheduled for Q4 of 2024/25 will be delayed until 2025/26.
