Greenwich Area Planning Committee

Purpose of committee

Area Planning Committees are responsible for considering non-strategic planning applications where one of the following applies:

 

1.    The proposal would not accord with the Council’s approved planning policies and the Chief Officer’s recommendation is to grant permission

2.    There are eight or more objections to the application and the Chief Officer’s recommendation is to grant permission

3.    A Councillor requests that the application be determined by Committee

 

The Greenwich Committee covers the following Wards: Blackheath Westcombe, Greenwich West and Peninsula
