Resolved to grant full planning permission for the construction of a 2 form entry primary school. Works include construction of new part 1/part 2 storey building to provide classrooms, nursery, special educational needs facility, internal sports hall, and administration offices. External spaces including play areas, community use Multi-Use Games Area including floodlights and changing facilities, associated access and landscaping, 69 cycle parking spaces and 16 car parking spaces including disabled parking.

·       Referral of the application to the Mayor of London as required under the terms of The Town and Country Planning (Mayor of London) Order 2008; and

Resolved to grant Minor Material Amendment (section 73) for an application submitted under Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a minor material amendment in connection with the planning permission dated 08/11/2018 (Reference: 18/2448/F) for the erection of temporary classrooms for a period of up to 18 months, whilst wider redevelopment of the site for education purposes is completed to allow:

- Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Drawing Numbers) to:

·       Increase in size of proposed building from 1320m2 to 1435m2 (an uplift of 115m2)

·       Increase in height of proposed building to 6.93m;
