Members to declare any personal and financial interests in items on the agenda. Attention is drawn to the Council’s Constitution; the Council’s Code of Conduct and associated advice.

Members are requested to confirm as an accurate record the Minutes of the meeting held on 25 June 2024.

No motion or discussion may take place upon the Minutes except as to their accuracy, and any question on this point will be determined by a majority of the Members of the body attending who were present when the matter in question was decided. Once confirmed, with or without amendment, the person presiding will sign the Minutes

To receive a presentation on the main findings from the 2024-25 report of the Director of Public Health.

To note the responsibilities of the Health and Wellbeing Board in signing-off the Better Care Fund, and how these differ from previous years, the governance process and timelines, policy framework and objectives of the Better Care Fund.

To note the progress to date in the process of reviewing the operation of the Greenwich Health and Wellbeing Board in line with its statutory responsibilities, comment on the draft forward Work Plan for the Board (Section 6, Table 1), and agree to take the topics identified in section 6 of this report as the basis for future ‘deep dives’ in the work programme for 2025-26.  

To recommend that Council agrees one additional voting member and one additional non-voting member of the Board
