Members to declare any personal and financial interests in items on the agenda. Attention is drawn to the Council’s Constitution; the Council’s Code of Conduct and associated advice.

Members are requested to confirm as an accurate record the Minutes of the meeting held on 11 September 2024.

No motion or discussion may take place upon the Minutes except as to their accuracy, and any question on this point will be determined by a majority of the Members of the body attending who were present when the matter in question was decided. Once confirmed, with or without amendment, the person presiding will sign the Minutes

To consider the following reports and appendices on the corporate parenting activities for children in our care and care leavers for the year 2023-2024 and make recommendations to the Executive, if necessary:

-      Annual Report on IRO Service 2023-24

-      Annual Report on Corporate Parenting 2023-24

-      Annual Report on Fostering and Adoption 2023-24

To review the Annual Report on the management of Complaints and Representations received by the Council for the period 1^st April 2023 to 31^st March 2024.

To consider a report on the implementation of the Well Being in Schools Hubs (WiSH) service and make recommendations to the Executive, if necessary.

To consider a report on Schools Admissions and make recommendations to the Executive, if necessary.
