Agenda and minutes

As only two Members of the Committee were present, the Chair delayed the potential start of the meeting by 20 minutes.  As no further Members were in attendance the meeting was inquorate and therefore the meeting could not go ahead.  The Vice Chair apologised to members of the public who had attended to speak.

Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Gary Dillon (Chair) and Sandra Bauer.

The Chair to announce any items of urgent business circulated separately from the main agenda.

There were no items of urgent business.

Members are to declare any personal and financial interests in items on the agenda.  Attention is drawn to the Council’s Constitution, the Council’s Code of Conduct, and associated advice.

Members are requested to confirm the Minutes of the meeting’s held on 26 March 2024 as an accurate record.

Ward: Charlton Village and Riverside

The Area Planning Committee is requested to grant consent for the development of land adjacent to No. 85 Lansdowne Lane to provide six new residential dwellings (Use Class C3) in the form of one end of terrace dwelling and five dwellings on land to the rear with associated landscaping, private and communal amenity space, refuse and cycle parking provision.
