To agree publication of TSM information

1        Approved that reported Tenant Perception Measures (TSMs) have been calculated accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements set out in the Regulator of Social Housing’s (RSH) Technical Requirements documents.

2        Approved the 2023/24 report which covers TSMs and RBG’s compliance with the TSM requirements.

3        Agreed that the results of the TSM surveys can be published, as per the requirement by the RSH, on the council’s website and in Talk Housing, the tenants’ quarterly newsletter.
