1 Apologies for Absence

2 Urgent business
The Chair to announce any items of urgent business circulated separately from the main agenda.
Members are to declare any personal and financial interests in items on the agenda.  Attention is drawn to the Council’s Constitution, the Council’s Code of Conduct, and associated advice.
Members are requested to confirm, as an accurate record, the Minutes of the meeting held on 5 September 2023.
Ward: Greenwich Peninsula
The Planning Board is requested to grant conditional planning permission for essential revetment repair works consisting of the full refurbishment and replacement of the existing revetment and associated raising and widening of the Thames Path and River Wall and associated works and alterations. 
Ward: Greenwich Peninsula
The Planning Board is requested to grant conditional planning permission for the provision of hardstanding and wheel washing facilities, conveyor belts and associated refurbishment works to jetty, and revised boundary treatment (part retrospective).
Ward: Greenwich Park
The Planning Board is requested to grant Listed Building Consent and full planning permission for the construction of a part 1, part 2-storey rooftop build-to rent residential extension, as set out in the report and to grant Listed Building consent for the application.
Ward: Middle Park & Horn Park
The Planning Board is requested to grant full planning permission be granted for the construction of 7 x two storey terraced dwellings (6 x 2 bedroom/4 person houses and 1 x 3 bedroom/5-person house) with associated landscaping and parking.
