Urgent business
The Chair to announce any items of urgent business circulated separately from the main agenda.
Members to declare any personal and financial interests in items on the agenda. Attention is drawn to the Council’s Constitution; the Council’s Code of Conduct and associated advice.
Members are requested to confirm as an accurate record the Minutes of the meeting held on 25 January 2023.
No motion or discussion may take place upon the Minutes except as to their accuracy, and any question on this point will be determined by a majority of the Members of the body attending who were present when the matter in question was decided. Once confirmed, with or without amendment, the person presiding will sign the Minutes.
To agree the borough's admission arrangement for the 2024-25 academic year, and and to agree to participate in the Pan London co-ordinated admission system for Reception and Year 7 for the same academic year
To agree to be a member of a not-for-profit company to develop and then oversee the running of London’s secure children’s home provision
To consider the Housing Revenue Account budget proposals and agree the rent setting, and to recommend to Council the establishment of a ‘Hardship Fund’
To note the review of the revenue budget monitoring of the Council and the forecasts of the financial position for the year based on period 9 end of December 2022 data
To consider the Treasury Management Strategy, the Flexible Use of Capital Receipts, the Capital Strategy, the Prudential Indicators and the arrangements for determining the Minimum Revenue Provision, and recommend them all to Council
To agree the Medium Term Financial Strategy for the Authority for the next four years
To determine the budget and Council Tax for the authority for 2023/24 and to consider spending requirements and how they are to be financed
