The Board is requested to grant Planning Permission for an application submitted under Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a minor material amendment in connection with planning permission 19/4398/O dated 21 May 2021 to vary: Conditions, as set out in the report.
Ward: Greenwich Park
The Planning Board is requested to grant Planning Permission for the 
construction of a 3-storey building comprising 7 flats (2x1 bed, 2x2 bed and 3x3 bed) with associated landscaping and parking.
Ward: Greenwich Peninsula
The Planning Board is requested to grant Planning Permission for the provision of hardstanding and wheel washing facilities, conveyor belts and associated refurbishment works to jetty, and revised boundary treatment.
