Ward - Woolwich Riverside
The Planning Board is requested to grant full planning permission for demolition of existing building and construction of a part 4/part 6/part 7 storey building comprising Class C3 residential use and Class B1 business use, with associated amenity and play space, public realm, access, car and cycle parking, refuse and recycling storage and sub-station as set out in the report.
Ward - Woolwich Riverside
The Planning Board is requested to grant planning permission for the demolition of existing structures and erection of buildings between 6 and 9 storeys in height comprising residential units, flexible employment floorspace and flexible retail and community uses with associated landscaping and new public realm, access and infrastructure works, refuse and recycling storage, car parking and cycle parking and associated development, as set out in the report.
