Planning permission is sought for an extension to existing 5-storey building to provide an additional floor of residential floorspace comprising 2 x 1-bedroom and 6 x 2-bedroom flats, with two roof terraces. 

 

Planning permission is sought for the demolition of existing building and construction of a part 3/part 4 storey building at the front of the site and 3 storey building to the rear, comprising a total of 3 commercial units, 9 residential dwellings (9 x 2-bed), associated landscaping, refuse and cycle parking.
