The Committee is requested to  grant full planning permission for change of use from flexible use classes to hotel with ancillary facilities, associated external alterations, installation of plant and associated works.
The Committee is requested to grant planning permission for the construction of a side and rear infill extension and the replacement of existing boundary fences with a wall and other associated external alterations
The Committee is requested to grant planning permission for the construction of two outbuildings with connected basement and lightwell
