Urgent business

Members to declare any personal and financial interests in items on the agenda. Attention is drawn to the Council’s Constitution, the Council’s Code of Conduct, and associated advice.
The Committee is requested to grant consent Ref: 21/2969/TP for the removal of the oak tree and treat stump to inhibit regrowth.
The Committee is requested to grant full planning permission, Ref: 21/2814/F for Ground floor rear extensions, rear dormer roof extension and change of use from two flats (Class C3) to a large house in multiple occupation (Sui Generis). Subject to conditions listed in 1.2.
The Committee is requested to grant Planning Permission Ref: 21/0414/F for the demolition of existing garages and construction of a two-storey building with accommodation in the roof to create 5 residential units (2x1 bed, 2x2 bed and 1x3 bed).
