The Planning Board is requested to grant consent for a minor material amendment to allow a variation to condition 2 (Commercial Uses Restrictions – Building A) and remove the specific references to Use Class A1, A2, A3 and B1 and replace with Class E, as set out in the report.
The Planning Board is requested to grant consent for the demolition of existing buildings and construction of residential dwellings, flexible light industrial, offices/workspace, retail floor space and Sui Generis (Betting Shop) use, plus associated car parking, cycle parking, refuse storage, hard and soft landscaping (including private gardens, communal open space and playspace) and other associated works, as set out in the report.
