The Planning Board Meeting of Tuesday 6 July was unable, due to time constraints, to complete consideration of this item.  As this is a continuation of, not re-hearing of, the application the Board will re-commence at the point of adjournment, which was to move to accepting the applicants presentation prior to making a determination.  As the Board had accepted the public addresses at the meeting of 6 July, no further opportunity will be given for members of the public to address the Board on this matter.
