The Area Planning Committee is requested to grant full planning permission according to the conditions to be detailed in the notice of the determination for the change of use of the application building from a dwelling house (Use Class C3) to a Large HMO (Sui Generis Use Class).

The Committee is requested to grant full planning permission according to the conditions to be detailed in the notice of the determination for the Change of use from existing dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a 5-bed HMO (Use Class C4) with a maximum capacity if six (6) persons, together with minor external alterations to the rear.
