Apologies for Absence
To receive apologies from Members of the Committee.
Members to declare any personal and financial interests in
items on the agenda. Attention is drawn to the Council’s Constitution; the
Council’s Code of Conduct and associated advice.
Members are requested to confirm as an accurate record the
Minutes of the meetings held on 18th October 2021.
No motion or discussion may take place upon the Minutes
except as to their accuracy, and any question on this point will be determined
by a majority of the Members of the body attending who were present when the
matter in question was decided. Once confirmed, with or without amendment, the person
presiding will sign the Minute.
To receive the Medium Term Financial Strategy 2022/2+ and
agree to submit any comments to Cabinet on 17th February 2022 in respect to the
relevant decisions contained in the report.
To consider the recommendations arising from the 9th
December 2021 meeting of the Regeneration, Transport & Culture Scrutiny
Panel and decide what action to take in relation to them, having regard to the
legal and constitutional advice.
