Members are requested to confirm as an accurate record the Minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday, 21st July 2020.
No motion or discussion may take place upon the Minutes except as to the accuracy, and any question on this point will be determined by a majority of the Members of the body attending who were present when the matter in question was decided. Once confirmed, with or without amendment, the person presiding will sign the Minutes.
The Committee is requested to re-consider the recommendation as set out in the original committee report dated 13th April 2021 in light of the additional information contained within the Addendum.
The Committee is requested to grant Planning Permission for the conversion of ground floor of a mixed-use residential development from a Community Hall (Class F1(e)) to a 3 bed flat (Class C3), associated bicycle and refuse storage (Amended description).
The Committee is requested to grant planning permission to replace existing timber cladding on balconies, balustrades, louvres and facades to Blocks B, C and F with powder coated aluminium cladding.
