Urgent business
The Chair to announce any items of urgent business circulated separately from the main agenda.

Members are requested to confirm as an accurate record the Minutes of the meeting held on 23 June 2020.
No motion or discussion may take place upon the Minutes except as to their accuracy, and any question on this point will be determined by a majority of the Members of the body attending who were present when the matter in question was decided. Once confirmed, with or without amendment, the person presiding will sign the Minutes.
To consider the construction of eight
2-storey (plus basement) residential dwellings (Use Class C3) with associated
external amenity space, refuse/recycling facilities and cycle parking.
To consider the construction of a single
storey 3-Bed family dwelling with associated private amenity, driveway, bin and
bike storage.
To consider the change of use from residential
(C3) to HMO (C4) for 6 persons and single storey rear extension.
To consider the change of use of dwelling
(C3) to Small 5 person HMO (C4).
