No motion or discussion may take place upon the Minutes except as to their accuracy, and any question on this point will be determined by a majority of the Members of the body attending who were present when the matter in question was decided.  Once confirmed, with or without amendment, the person presiding will sign the Minutes.

To agree that all new relets of Royal Borough of Greenwich Housing have rents set at Formula Rent + 5% until April 2023
To agree the recommended procurement approach for the Vehicle Replacement Programme, to agree the request to provide an additional budget of £50k in 2021/22 for obtaining consultancy support, to agree the recommended short to medium term primary fuel option for the majority of the Council’s fleet and seek to procure the supply of Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil as the primary fuel as part of a new fuel contract in April 2021/22, to note the deadlines due to procurement timelines and potential supply chain delays
To agree the minor amendments to the 2016 Statement of Community Involvement and to note a full review will be carried out in due course

To agree the award of Round 3 Greenwich Neighbourhood Growth Fund funding, to agree that the public vote be removed from the decision-making process for Round 3, to agree the shortlisted proposals recommended for funding, and to delegate to the Director of Regeneration, Enterprise and Skills authority to finalise funding documents and monitoring arrangements

To note the Council’s overspend for 2019/20 and to note that the council achieved its highest rate of council tax collection in 2019/20 and that additional funds have been used to reinforce the council General Reserve and improve overall resilience against the increased levels of financial risk
