Given that the school has now been let for a term of 125 years that that the agricultural land be offered for sale, subject to the tenant’s occupation and an “enhancement” clause, whereby an appropriate share of any uplift in value resulting from a future grant of planning permission for a non agricultural use is reserved to the Council.
