Crossrail - Woolwich Station box fit-out contribution

1.            To note a contribution of £15m is to be made to Transport for London in respect of the fit-out of the Woolwich Crossrail Station, as set out in the agreement letter dated 24 July 2013 between the Leader of Greenwich and Ed Lister of TfL.

2.            To note the contribution is to be funded from Borough CIL and section 106 receipts.

3.            To agree the payment timetable and release of an initial catch-up payment of £3,962,837.33 consisting of £1,586,232.57 of secured Borough CIL and £2,376,604.76 of secured s.106 monies.

4.            To delegate to the Director of Regeneration Enterprise and Skills authority to approve future payments with respect to this commitment.

5.            To note the funding utilisation is in accordance with the published CIL infrastructure (Regulation 123) list (Transport).
