Members are requested to confirm as accurate records Minutes of the meetings held on 23 January 2019, and 21 February 2019.

 

No motion or discussion may take place upon the Minutes except as to their accuracy, and any question on this point will be determined by a majority of the Members of the body attending who were present when the matter in question was decided.  Once confirmed, with or without amendment, the person presiding will sign the Minutes.

Approval of the Royal Boroughs Highway Maintenance Policy and Delivery Plan pdf icon PDF 145 KB

The Committee to note the proposed Royal Borough Highway Infrastructure Maintenance Policy and Delivery Plan which is written following the publication of new best practice guidance set out in a national Code of Practice for highway maintenance and management and to provide any comments.  To note that under the Councils Constitution the approval of the Highway Maintenance Policy and Delivery Planwill be a decision taken by the Leader of the Council following any feedback and endorsement of the Committee.
