The Board is requested to grant planning permission to the proposed minor material amendment application (Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990) in connection with the planning permission (14/1355/F) dated 5 December 2014 for partial demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide 152 residential dwellings (comprising 57 x 1 beds, 80 x 2 beds, and 15 x 3 bed accommodation), together with indoor children’s play centre, ancillary gym, and associated landscaping and car parking, as set out in the report and appendices.

Resolved to grant planning permission for a minor material amendment application (Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990) in connection with the planning permission (14/1355/F) dated 5 December 2014 for partial demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide 152 residential dwellings (comprising 57 x 1 beds, 80 x 2 beds, and 15 x 3 bed accommodation), together with indoor children’s play centre, ancillary gym, and associated landscaping and car parking.

 

Resolved to agree to the removal of condition 17 which requires achievement of a minimum BREAAM excellent for non-residential areas (children’s indoor play centre).

 

Subject to:

(i)         The satisfactory completion of a Section 106 (S106) Deed of Variation; and

(ii)        Conditions set out in Appendix 2 of the report.
