Members are requested to confirm as an accurate record the Minutes of the meeting held on 06 September 2018.


No motion or discussion may take place upon the Minutes except as to their accuracy, and any question on this point will be determined by a majority of the Members of the body attending who were present when the matter in question was decided.  Once confirmed, with or without amendment, the person presiding will sign the Minutes.

The Sub-Committee agreed to refer both decisions back to the Director of Communities and Environment with the following comments and alternative decision sought:


To examine alternative methods of distribution in terms of Value for Money and public benefit.


To look at ways of ensuring Greenwich Info coverage is as close to universal as possible.


To reconsider the method of delivery for communicating with residents focusing on online communication and to examine the rates being charged for internal and external adverts.
